I used to have severe problems falling asleep. By severe I don't mean lying awake for about two hours before falling asleep or waking up several times a night - that's what I do now. |

Smoke weed and dream on!

Fly [X] Blow up the deathstar[] Crazy building to building parkour[] Use the iron man suit[]
Car chase with explosions[] Use the force and throw people[]
Fend off zombie invasion and win[] Smoke a dream joint[] TRIP SAC[]
I've got the same problem. Not nearly as bad, but my average time is 45 to 90 minutes to fall asleep. I'm always on my laptop doing homework, playing games, programming, browsing, watching movies, or whatever. That might be part of it. |

I had your problem, I was restless and couldn't fall asleep in a reasonable amount of time. In my case it was because of worries and being very stressed. I think it's important for you to find the cause of your problem first so that you can fall asleep easily. About WILD I'm not an expert, I only had one but do you know when did I have it? When I didn't look for it |

[DILD] 13 [WILD] 2
Deep breathing exercises and creative visualization. I have the worst insomnia of anyone I have ever met. |

Aside what has already been suggested I suggest you brush up and do more research on the WILD, I suggest looking into Mzzkc's tutorials on How you fail at the WILD, his WILD tutorial, Billybobs WILD tutorial, and Jeff777's tutorial on SP ( all of which are top notch tutorials (not saying kingyoshi's tutorial is bad, but you need to gather as much knowledge possible)). I'm not saying to stop at that if you really want to get to it do even more research on it. Who knows the motivation may even spawn some DILD's inbetween all the research. |
