      It sounds like actual SP to me. I have felt that shivering sensation and the rotating is quite common as well. When you wake up and attempt to go back to sleep, entering SP is quite common. Your body and mind is so relaxed from being in the sleep state, that it is ready to go right back into it. You are performing successful WILDs.

      Thanks, I remember when you replied on my thread that I never have a Lucid Dream with control, lol.
      Now I have 3 already

      I don't know it.... if it's a actual SP... it just feels so weird.. With all those light flashing in your eye's and then some sec later you fall in a dream.
