I have been attempting WILD lately, but after a while I start getting this wavey feeling in my face and some of my body. I've heard this is normal, so that is good. However, I start to notice that my breathing has become shorter and I start feeling like I am not getting enough air, so I start breathing a little harder, but then the feeling in my face and body go away and I'm right back where I started. Is there something I can do to stop this? |
