What's the problem?
Hello, I woke up this morning at 7:22. My usual waking up time is around 9:30 or such. I thought I will try WBTB. So I woke up, went to watch a movie and read some articles of LD as the time goes. I watched the movie for 1 hour and went back to bed. I started by doing 3 deep breaths, then I told myself that I'm going to lucid dream, I will remember it next morning for like 2 minutes, then I imagined myself rubbing hands together and saying I am lucid the world is vivid, then I imagined that i'm lucid and I can do everythign I want, then I said those "I am lucid, The World is Vivid" again. My feet started to feel very strange. I thought it was SP, but I'm not sure. After some time I started seeing some colors in my eyes and my eyelids felt very strange is that a symptom of SP? And when I started seeing those colors I thought they were some kind of form of hypnagogic hallucinations. I tried to maintain them, but the colors kept appearing and dissapearing. Then I understood they weren't hypnagogic hallucinations.. But I still tried to do something like was said in WILD tutorial "Enter the image"; "Imagine yourself in a different place" etc. Nothing even worked. I gave up and fell asleep...
My thoguhts are that I was sleepy and I mixed those techniques, since those "Enter image" things were from wild, some from mild etc. But why didn't I get hypnagogic hallucinations? What did I do wrong?
I will try exactly the WILD technique this night. Could you please tell me step by step how you do it if it ever worked to you? And how could I get up after ~4 hours of sleep without alarm clock? Do you know any ways?

How long have you been lying without moving? It sounds like you didn't get to SP.

Ohhh.. Now I understand what was the problem. I was lying in the bed for like 5 minutes, I felt the SP on my legs (the muscles seemed heavy similar feeling to numb), after some time even my hands started feeling similar, but then my wound on knee started to be itchy (contacted with the blanchet) and I had to scratch it. That made me go all over again and again. This night before going to sleep I'll try to put on some medication oil on or bandage the wound so it would not be so sensitive and would not get itchy.
Now the other questions about WILD:
How many hours shall I sleep before waking up?
How could I wake up in for example 4 hours without using alarm clock?
