      Exclamation Help on becomeing lucid dreaming

      I need help on becomeing lucid while dreaming. I was only able to lucid dream once. After that, I'm not able to. I keep looking up stuff on lucid dreaming but none of it works. I've been trying to lucid dream again for months. Can anybody help me? PLZ 'N' THNKZ!!!!!

      The easiest technique I have found is by combining visualization with a WILD or even a MILD technique. No one technique works for everyone. The best thing anyone can do is to research the stages of sleep and the accompanying brainwave patterns. Good luck!
