forget about the title, I want to get some feedback on this idea I had this morning.
So most dreams occur in the REM cycle of your sleeping. this is where your Lucid dreams will come from.
In sleeping, there are 5 proclaimed stages.
4 are non-REM (NREM) and 1 is REM
In the brain is millions of cells called neurons, and use electricity the function. When many of these cells are creating electricity, what happens is there will be something called a brain wave.
When in an REM cycle, your brain omits special brain waves that are a combination of alpha and delta waves that have a special frequency (between 12-37 Hz).
The brain waves are the same as when someone is fully awak, hence you can feel motor and sensory activities, as well as the feeling that your doing something interesting.
So my idea:
20Hz-20,000Hz is the audible hearing range for the human ear.
set an alarm for 4:30 or 5:00 am. try the WBTB technique
So take a soundtrack on repeat that constantly is putting out a noise very low, such as 30Hz, and when you wake up by your alarm, already having the headset on, play your music and this will keep your brain at that low Hz frequency and keep your brain in the REM state of mind.
If 30Hz is too low for any paticular person to hear, maybe if the tester were to have 200Hz in one ear and 230Hz in the other ear, then maybe the brain will pick up the 30 Hz frequency difference and keep you in that REM stage.
Just something to think about. Hopefully your brain will recognize that alphe or beta wave and send itself into that stage.
