So I've been browsing the forums, looking at techniques, aids, etc etc....
And I'm wondering, does anyone have a Lucid Dreaming toolkit?
-Like a set of tools that you use each night, every night, to try and get you lucid.
-Could be mantras, WILDing, breathing practice, meditation, anything.
If you do, it'd be really helpful if you could just, write it all down!
Basically, write down what you do before you go to bed. I know WBTB is probably one of the better techniques, but its not personally practical since i run @ 5 in the morning and sleep @ 10.
