Make sure you keep up your dream journal too! I found that if I didn't write or try to remember for a few days I felt like I was almost set back. Trying doing more reality checks throughout the day and they might carry over to dreams.. But don't get discourage, this takes practice! |

I have trained myself over the years to question extraordinary events. However, it does not work all the time (i.e. last night I saw a building blowup in a dream and I did not question it) I believe that LD's occur in the transition from Theta to Delta brainwave states, so I would suggest that visualization exercises add to the chances of any kind of LD (WILD, DILD, and so on) occurring. Try visualizing something you see reoccurring in your dreams before falling asleep. |
