I've never really had any luck with MILD. The thing is that I can't get the last thought I think before falling asleep to be about me having a lucid dream. Every time when I try to do this my mind wanders or I can't sleep because I am focused on that last thought. Do you have any tips about how to get this right? Thx. |

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride
I've tried doing MILD two ways: One was literally saying it over and over, "I will become lucid" and things like that, which didn't work. |

getting 6 hours of pre sleep beforehand never hurts. Wake up, go to the bathroom, come back and tell yourself the next place you'll be is in a dream. Worked for me the few times I've tried it, you'll just suddenly find yourself in a dream |
