i've read about CAT. it sounds like pure genious! but it also sounds taxing. the question is: does it work? has anyone tried it with success? if so what is the success rate?

it seems a lot of people don't want to try it because it disrupts sleep schedules. i however usually sleep for at least nine hours a night. i work in the evening usually so it wouldn't be a problem for me to get 9.5 hours of sleep a night. meaning reducing it every other day by an hour and a half would take me down to 8 hours, more than enough sleep! would it still work or does the sleep deprivation thing have something to do with making it work?

i'm actually imagining no one has any idea which is why there is so little info on it on here. nonetheless i figured i'd give this a shot since i'm really curious and i can't find it anywhere.
