      WBTB- What did I do wrong?

      I was attempting to do a WBTB last night. I woke up early in the morning and for a 30 minutes straight told myself I was going to lucid dream. For the last 15 minutes I thought about lucid dreaming in general.
      The weird thing is, that night I couldn't even remember my dreams, which is VERY rare for me, I almost always do.
      Is there anything I could be doing wrong that would mess with the technique? It usually works great for me. Plus, I had some apple juice before bed which is supposed to make dreams more vivid, but I still can't remember them.

      It could just be a random unsuccess... just try again tomorrow. If it happens again, there is probably something wrong . I too almost alway have vivid dream and remember them, but there are a few occurrences where I have a "rough" night. It could be something you ate or something you watched on TV. You have no way of knowing except to try again tonight .
