Ok, so recently I have had trouble getting lucid. I do RC's all the time, listen to binaural beats, meditate, try MILD, and so on. But nothing happens. What's wrong with me? |

Just recently? Are you saying that you have had LD's in the past and that your ability to attain lucidity is going away? |
|
MILD doesn't necessarily work for everyone, even if they strongly "believe" they'll have a lucid dream. As for the RCs, how are you going about them? Simply stopping and doing one every few moments won't cause lucidity. You really have to question if you're dreaming. RCs are just the confirmation; they do nothing to make you aware in a dream. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

make sure to rotate and use all sorts of different rc's to avoid them going stale and habitual. i had alot more success when i started to focus on my personal dreamsigns and recurring themes. it would help alot if you described your methods in more detail |

Its allright, many people go through a "dry spell". Just keep trying, do RC's, try doing different methods of inducing lucid dreams such as the WILD ( my personal favorite). |

The meditation I do, or at least attempt to do, is as follows: I burn some incense, then sit down on the floor. I close my eyes, and try to let my body kinda leave my mind. More so, I try to let my mind drift, but focus on my drifting thoughts. I soon forget about my body, what position I'm sitting in, where my hands are, running nose, and the such. I become totally focused in my thoughts. |

It may take you 5-6 weeks to have a lucid dream but it's worth it, your not going to have one over night. Keep trying! |

Lmao, your sig made me crack up! |

And yet I cannot remember the last time I felt the anxiety, the inspiring fear, of impending battle, the tingling that can only come when a challenge must be met. Are we then creatures of action? Do we say that we desire these accepted cliches of comfort when, in fact, it is the challenge and the adventure that truly give us life? -R.A Salvatore, The Legacy
Gotcha. Do what everyone suggests, see what works or feels right, and add a personal "twist". |

If you're going to be crazy, you have to get paid for it or else you're going to be locked up.
