I was remembering about 2-3 dreams a night last week, but now when I wake up... nothing! I don't even remember a small fragment of my dreams. I go to bed at the same time each night, and sleep in the same position. The change came so suddenly. One night I was remembering my average amount and then the next night absolutely nothing.
Also, I've been kind of stressed out over school and homework and stuff, could this be why? Do I have to work on my recall all over again, or will it come back if the stress goes away? Help!
