      Post Dan's MILD/Mantra Chant tutorial

      Alright this is a quick and dirty version of a mild tutorial:
      Mantra Chant:
      A mantra chant are simple phrases that help you lucid dream some include
      "The next time I'm Dreaming I"ll know I'm Dreaming"
      And mine that has actually worked
      "I am going to have a lucid dream"
      The first time i ever did this chant RIGHT it worked and here is how you do it

      GET RELAXED!
      You really need to be nice and comfortable for the mantra chants to work
      be in a sleep state where you have been trying to go to sleep for a couple of minutes
      this actually gets me to dream successfully instead of dreamless nights i often have

      do this and you should be dreaming just remember to do reality checks

      What works for me is keeping it simple. I hate saying "going" because that prepares your brain to have a lucid in the future. I just say "I lucid dream"

      sex[x] flying[x] meeting Justin Bieber[-] go to space[x] hallucinate[-] be an air bender with Aang[ ] become a transformer and be able to instantly change into an autobot[ ] fly to the moon[x] fight master chief[ ] Be an animal going to a people zoo[ ] Go to a theater in the 1920's and watch the premiere of a silent Charlie Chaplin film[ ] Meet Albert Hoffman and consume a huge dose of LSD with him[ ] Be rolling while DJing massive rave[-]
