Yeah, I know exactly what you mean... only I don't feel any "pulse of energy" -- I feel more like weights have been put on the center of my chest. It only happens when I'm trying to WILD... and I'm guessing the lucid dream is more vivid, more detailed. I'm not too sure, though - I've yet to fully succeed with a WILD. I just randomly end up in the middle of a dream and realize that I'm dreaming after the hypnogogic hallucinations, rather than the slow process described in induction technique instructions. For me, though, hypnogogic hallucinations are sort of two-dimensional, like I'm watching TV or playing an odd 3D game - dreams are far more vivid, with far more detailed surroundings and people. |
