So I feel that I've got DILDing pretty much sorted out (using WBTB) but I want to try another method, to up my chances I guess. 
So I decided to go for WILDing, as it's like the next best thing. When I first started trying it was pretty easy to hit SP. I can't really get that far anymore though. I don't know why, maybe it's because I can't relax as well due to school and stuff. I hate trying it during WBTB because I always fall asleep.
I always found it easier to get to SP before I went to sleep, because I could really concentrate (on my eyelids... hmmm...). During a WBTB, all I feel like doing is sleeping. My mind feels numb and I just can't stop my mind from wandering and then falling asleep.
Then again, last night I think I was semi-successful. I was lying in my bed and I was staring at the cieling. I knew I was dreaming because there was an owl on my cieling, staring down at me. I knew that if I could just move... It'd be a success. I couldn't though.
But whilest I'm still trying, I've decided to try another method to help myself along. The only problem is, I don't know which one to use! 
So what do you guys think I should try along with my WILD? And yeah, tips for getting to SP will be much appreciated, thank you.
