I assume saying "I will wake up after every dream, remain still and keep my eyes closed" would work.
Or just saying ''I will DEILD'' may do the trick. (But I wouldn't really know).
Nah it doesn't really effect me the next day, I only write down a few notes in my journal and the next morning I can remember the entire dream with full detail and clarity, Ive always had good recall for some reason, but I suck at getting lucid, nothing at all seems to work

Me too really. I remember my dreams almost every night, but only one did I wake myself up in the middle of a dream. I'm trying to do that again.

If you learn how to DEILD you can have lucids every single night. It's a simple technique to.
