Hello DV. I was wandering what a good mantra for DEILD would be. Every night I listen to a recording of myself saying "I will wake up after every dream, and remember my dream. And sure enough, I wake up after most of my dreams, remember them, and write them in my DJ. To me it seems stupid that DEILD is not more popular than it is. If done right, it's a guaranteed lucid. Anyways, I was wandering what I good mantra would be for DEILD, maybe "I will wake up after every dream, remain still and keep my eyes closed?"
