It would be better with brighter colors. That would be so shiny you have to look at it.

It may, and it may not.

I tried a similar thing once, about a year ago, and I think it actually impacted negatively on my attempts. The thing was that I attempted to rely on that as a form of remembering, and thus I didn't bother with any thing else. Also, after only a few days I -never- even noticed that the big sign was there. It was right there in my face whenever I woke up, whenever I went to bed, whenever I walked into my room... but I never 'saw it'.

That's just me though, so more of a personal thing.

Give yours a try though, and see how it works for you.

There is a good chance it will. I would also find some way to place reminders in other places you will see them during the day, liek in your car, a mark on the back of your hand, in the bathroom, refridge. You get the idea.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

I think he's trying to ask if that poster would work as suggestion.

Anyway, I think that if you're a heavily visualistic person, it'll have chances to work. On the other hand, if you're very auditive, you should listen to something like that, or if you're very kinestetic, you could write that kind of stuff every night before going to sleep.

As I don't know what type of person you are I can't vote.

There's some information about visual, auditive and kinesthetic people and how to recognize yourself. Scroll down a bit over half of the page and you will find three different tables about them.

Though those things apply more to learing, I think they do effect in everything one does.
