      Hey
      Well...
From what I know, the preferred position is lying on your back....
If you lie on your normal sleeping position, you just might fall asleep too fast

The idea is to remain in a constant state of departure while always arriving..

Funny.. I for some reason hit SP fast and can stay still for a long long time, ignoring everything BUT can't fall asleep fixing that soon hopefuly.
Just tell yourself that nothing is gonna stop you from having your lucid, not even a f****g itch. When it comes, focus on breathing or something till it goes away and don't think about it.

You don't have to stay still to reach SP, or kill yourself ignoring itches. Just scratch them and move on. Gotta stay comfy.
      Lucid dreams, gotta love em.
