As it seems the most important thing is realizing your dreaming before you go to bed why not you make your own mediation tape /cd /mp3 whatever "I am going to dream tonight and take control" "I will have complete confidence" "I will not let the dream fade" "The Next person i speak to will be in my dreams" "The next place i stand will be in my dreams" and so on.... any more suggestions to the list i think i'll give this one a go tonight if i dont get my software (LDA) up and running OK so if everyone puts in some suggested verses I'll make the MP3 and overlap it with a 6hz (Binaural Beat) so for the first 10 minutes it's all persuasion over and over then 5 minutes of Hz fading away then after another r10 minutes it's Phone ringing & being answered "You are dreaming , you are dreaming" quiet at first then after 10 more minutes a same phone but louder then after another r10 minutes same again but louder Play it on your MP3 player or tape or whatever at 5.00am in the morning just before your best REM state all the best Stef

OK for anyone that is interested I have created a 40 minute MP3 9mb the first 5 minutes has me speaking the above phrases over and over in a calm voice overlapped with a 6hz Binaural Beat that gradually gets louder for the first 5 minutes after the Binaural Beat stays on for another 4 minutes over the next 3 minutes the Binaural Beat fades away silence for 13 and a half minutes very quietly phones rings ,\"hello\"; \"you are sleeping\" 5 minutes later slightly louder phones rings ,\"hello\"; \"you are sleeping\" 5 minutes later louder phones rings ,\"hello\"; \"you are sleeping\" 5 minutes later loud phones rings ,\"hello\"; \"you are sleeping\"[/b] I'll try this tonight after waking up around 4.30am for an hour and let you know what happens Stef

Drank half a pint of coke went to bed 10.00pm Listened to 5 minutes of myself repeating the above with 6 Hz in the background woke up 3.00am need to pee held of till 4.00 peed 4.00 listened to the message again - Bugger batteries went flat after 5 minutes so would never be able to hear the phone call 5.05 I realizes the cat is meowing and it sound almost like a voice, is it a voice yes I'm S@dding dreaming Dream sign FOUND - I'm at my parents house again (1 LD with control here before and 2 LD's without control ) only meters away from where my first LD was I decide to change the scene start spinning everything becomes really strong and detailed I feel if I'm sinking inside myself I begin to picture a new scene my old school everything goes black I begin to see the walls and the road outside the entrance suddenly the whole world shakes , as I realize my other half has just turned over in bed I try to refocus but it's to late I'm stud in blackness I give it a second then begin to pull out I realize I'm back in bed and am paralyzed my hole body is tingling as I try to regain some movement a few seconds later I mange to turn over Well It worked I'm going to improve on the MP3 now I need to repeat the messages for 5 minutes with a gradually increasing 6hz in the background then another 5 minutes of just 6Hz after i had finished playing this at 10.00pm i couldnt get it out of my mind, even when my mind began to drift as i was falling asleep I kept hearing myself in the background "I Will dream tonight and take control" "The next person i see will be in my dreams" over and over just couldn't get it out of my head Stef

Thanks Placebo I know i thought that as well is it just me reacting to the fact that i want it to work or did ir work Hopefully i'll get it to work again tonight but better I think the fact that it's my own voice helps, as I know I usually dont like the sound of my voice (possibly like many others as your voice never sounds as you think it should) but i just couldn't get it out of my head. Hey Page, Big Point here: When your talking to yourself (the subconscious self) You need to say "YOU" and not "I" or you need to say your name specifically, which is even better. Also the subconscious mind only does whats put into it, if you put negatives in your sentences for instance DO NOT EAT, it only sees the words do eat or neutrolizes it all together. Here's a better way to tackle those phrases: You will dream tonight and take control. You will dream of your strongest desires. You will realize that your dreaming and take full control over the dream world. The dream will last as long as you desire. You will notice increased detail as you look around at your hands and at the ground. You can easily change the scene to whatever you desire. You will keep your focus and conscious intent throughout the whole dream. You will have complete control. *Most effective if you replace all yous with your name. Have tried listening to this for a couple of nights now with some good results. I like it. The female voice, even though a computer voice is quite pleasant. This has given me a lot of ideas on how to start making up my own scripts to listen to at night. Thanks for being such an inspiration and for being so helpful Stef.
