So the first night I attempted to lucid dream, I used a method similar to WILD, where you lay perfectly still on your back without moving. Well on my first attempt, I laid still for about 30 minutes, then I felt completely awake so I gave up. Then about an hour or two later I attempted it again, and after about 30 minutes of laying still I couldn't fall asleep, so I ended up opening my eyes and moving to get in a more comfortable position, then I fell asleep a few minutes after. At some point in the night I might have woken up, I have a faint memory of it, but I'm not sure if it actually happened, and I went back to sleep immediately after (If it did happen).

Remember this is my first attempt at lucid dreaming, well that night I did infact have a lucid dream, I remember being very rich, have a really cool computer, which aloud me to be full immersed in the game i was playing which i don't know what game it was, and traveling to a different planet, then destroying it (not sure why i destroyed it but I do remember wanting to go to the planet.) I remember doing other things, but I'm not sure exactly what they were.

Tonight I'm gonna try to recreate this scenario by laying still for 30 minutes, getting up for about an hour, then laying still again for 30 minutes, if possible I'm not going to move into a more comfortable position unless i can absolutely not fall asleep laying still which is usually the case, since I have never successfully fallen asleep while laying still.

Since that night I have only been slightly lucid once more, I didn't really know I was dreaming because it seemed so real but i was in full control of my actions. I also became lucid in a different way, by waking up in the morning then going back to sleep about an 45mins-hour later. In my normal dreams its more like me watching something play out from my perspective but not actually controlling it.
