      tell me about flash making programs and how to use them.

      I want to make mini animations. Or get good at drawing, I understand some programs really help smooth out drawing. I can't install adobe photoshop BTW. i get amjor errors everytime i try to install it.

      If it's vector animations you want, then try downloading Macromedia Flash 8. You can download it for free, but you only get a trial period to use it (one month, I think) unless you pay for a key or obtain one through "other means".
