Tell me how to improve circulation

Sometimes I can't sleep well because my stomach is bothering me, or my back or other joints ache.
I often find myself with sitting "Indian style" (with my feet in front of each other instead of below/on top of each other though). I then bow forward, resting my chest and head on the couch and my arms tucked under me and I fall right to sleep. But I quickly wake up because my legs fall asleep lol.

My legs fall asleep more easily when I'm squatting and at other times as well.
Is there a way to improve my circulation or is this a curse of getting older with no solution?

Thanks. I do some of those things already. I guess I have to turn up my routine a notch.

I think I may need to see a doctor though (even though I HATE to admit that). Last night my arms constantly fell asleep on me (I slept on my sides) which has rarely happened in the past. And I'm getting all sorts of unexplainable bruises. And I'm exceptionally fatigued.
I'm going to try an iron suppliment, and if I see no improvement in a couple of weeks I'll make a Dr.'s appointment.

      **Edit**
Seems I may have been worried for no reason. My extreme fatigue is probably a side effect from having quit smoking cold turkey except for nicotine patches... (I just read the booklet lol and it stated that such could occur after quitting, as well as sleep disturbances.)
