The Rose by Conway Twitty
Unchained Melody by The Righteous Brothers (I'm constantly singing these two songs throughout the day, without even noticing half the time. My dog thinks I'm crazy, I'm sure)
Good Morning Beautiful by Blake Shelton
I Walk The Line by Johnny Cash
Can You Feel The Love Tonight by Elton John
Don't Take the Girl by Tim McGraw
There's A Tear In My Beer by Hank Williams (Sr., Jr., and both)
Walking The Floor Over You by Ernest Tubb
(Everything I Do) I Do It For You by Bryan Adams
All For Love by Bryan Adams (I could add more, but these are my top two by Bryan Adams for love songs, and pretty much period!)
He Stopped Loving Her Today by George Jones
Norwegian Lovesong by Leaves' Eyes
While Your Lips Are Still Red by Nightwish
I Don't Want To Miss A Thing by Aerosmith
A Woman's Love by Alan Jackson
Sound Of Pulling Heaven Down by Blue October
Kryptonite by 3 Doors Down
My Love Is Deeper by Randy Travis
Forever And Ever, Amen by Randy Travis
Smoky Mountain Rain by Ronnie Milsap
O Valencia by The Decemberists
Are You The One by Within Temptation
Hand Of Sorrow by Within Temptation
Our Farewell by Within Temptation (I could add more Within Temptation songs, but I'll stop with these)
Who Wants To Live Forever by Queen (I also love the cover by After Forever)
I think that's a pretty well balanced list, from country (the best love songs are country songs, let's face it, especially anything by Conway Twitty, Randy Travis, or Stonewall Jackson. Add to the list Patsy Cline, Kenny Rogers, Charlie Pride, Hank Snow, and Loretta Lynn, of course.) to pop to indie to metal. Some are sad, some are happy, some are devotional, some are just plain emotional. The last one (but definitely not the least!) is all of the above, as only Queen (and After Forever, in imitation) could pull off.
