hey my brother just walked in the room and said he was parkouring like a spaz the other night and I had no idea what it was cause I'd never even heard of it, and then he told me and then two seconds later I saw this thread.... hm... what a coinkidink (A.K.A coincidence... pronounced Co-Wink-ee-dink)


parkouring sounds like so much stupid pointless fun. I would love to do that on a regular basis and then deny it to anyone who found out

hey it could help you lose weight if you do it in such a way that it becomes an aerobic exercise. Just make the running part as consistent and continuous as you can

I attempted to parkour for a while. The plan was to quit smoking and just go run when i wanted a cigarette. It'd be like a double whammy right? didn't work out to well and you can't really do ninja stunts off of 30 foot walls with bad lungs. I'll come back to it though.
