Seriously, it's so bad it's going to make a 3.6 GPA with activities and a 1790 SAT all for naught. They asked for a 250 word essay on a topic of my choice. I started out with why I applied and then wrote an extrememly small paragraph about my life before I ran out of room. This is a disaster. How do I write this?
Don't pressure yourself, write it as a story and make it interesting.
Oh dear Jesus, a 250 word essay. I'm in high school, and I'm writing a four thousand word extended essay that's due tomorrow, and I'm just starting tonight. Writing an essay is not hard, just tell me what you need help with and I can show you.Quote:

i found writing my essay the hardest essay ive ever written mostly cause i was writing about myself and i didnt want to brag or anything. i dont think my essay really makes me stand out at all. i think that another piece of my writing describes me much better than my essay so i plan on sending that along with my essay. most of my essay prompts are along the lines of "describe an event that has made an impact on your life" it's difficult but im thinking of writing about a specific situation not something vague.
