      I usually do one of the following:

      Some things I try to do but they make me even more bored like DV, TV, cleaning, etc...

      Some things just make me depressed like thinking and smoking weed

      Some things work for a little while but then I'm bored again like masturbating, eating, etc...

      and some things drain my energy like talking to my house manager

      Oh to have a brain that doesn't need to feed itself constantly.

      I figure out something to do until I'm not bored anymore. I could say something like go running or play guitar, but once I start doing something like that I'm no longer bored, thus my instances of boredom are occupied by me finding something to do.
