Hey there everyone, |
I take it that nobody know anything lol, ah well, could i have this topic deleted? |
Chill Winston! |
Nice, i have only been skiing, snow boarding definately looks fun, its just unfortunate that the family isn't really into it, if they were i would maybe have more of an opportunity to try it out. |
Would never do that!!! |
No, what i'm saying is that whenever i have been skiing it has not been with my family, all the skiing i did was on dryslopes, not been for years though, i may go on a holiday though at some point that would allow me to snowbard |
Ah okay I get you. You can go to Milton Keynes or Tamworth near Birmingham to go on their slops, its man made snow, but the closest you will get to the real thing |
Its a shame i can't get down to Tamworth because i don't think it would take too long to get there considering its near birmingham, it may take a few hours but still it would be fun. |

Lucid seeker, Great topic. |

Wow, thanks for the explanation on things Howie, makes much more sense now. I must admit that whenever i have gotten then Adrenaline rush i always tend to not use it. For example i shall elaborate on this by giving an example of when i encountered alot of Adrenaline, well i think it was Adrenaline. |
I think that the uncontestable #1 adrenaline sport is skydiving, something that everyone should do at least once in their life. I have a lot of experience with flying too, time goes by so fast when you're flying a plane, it always takes me a a few moments to gather myself a bit after I land (my mind likes to stay up in the clouds |
I wakeboard, water ski, jet ski, tube, just about anything on boats. I guess it doesnt really give me adrenaline anymore unless I'm being watched by people (girls) lol. Also, street racing is fun, but also illegal, and I wrecked my good car. Oh, and when I lived up north, I loved snowboarding. |
Not as stupid as mountain biking. I mean wtf, you wheel your bike up a huge mountain and then have to somehow get down steep, loose gravel/stones paths on a bike?!? Saw quite a few of these idiots trying to navigate their way down dangerous slopes, mostly very slowly. A couple fell off. |
Haha toaster @ the guy who bit you |
Jack osbourne doesn't strike me as an "adrenaline sport" type of guy. More of a "sit down and eat nachos" type of guy. |
Martial arts dude. Sparring or in a Competition, once you land the right hit or you block and strike back at the right time, the adrenaline is just sometimes amazing. |
In order to discover your true strength you must find your true weakness.
Failure is not an option, it's a choice.
Teamwork is essential. It gives other's something to shoot at.
The adrenaline rush you get from skydiving can make it seem like you are dreaming. Along with that natural altered state, you get an endorphin rush that is really blissful. You also have a really cool view of the area you are above. You get all of that, plus the feeling you would have if you drove a motorcycle at 120 miles per hour, with the fast wind and everything. It's about the coolest thing a person is capable of experiencing. |

You are dreaming right now.
OK, skydiving, I'm fresh from some firsthand experience |
It is completely impossible for you to hear yourself scream during freefall, unless your head is inside a full head helmet or something. I tandemed one time and had a misunderstanding with the tandem guy, an officer in the Coast Guard, because he militantly rushed through the instructions and acted extremely pissed every time I asked him a question. So we played footsie in the air because I kept trying to put my legs in a messed up position. We were both yelling at each other to the top of our lungs, but we couldn't make a sound. |
You are dreaming right now.
Sounds like I had more fun than you |
Lol, I cant even scream when I'm freefalling. Actually it's hard enough for me to just breathe during the fall. |
