Thread: Tell me about getting your nipple pierced

Alright, so I'm getting mine done today. Who on DV has gotten theirs? What should I expect during the healing process, and what did you find most helpful to relieve pain and whatnot.

I'm leaving now, wish me luck.

My friend wants me to get mine done b/c Itd be "hot". but seeing as I am a girl, i think itd just hurt alot.. :/

Well originally I wanted an eyebrow piercing, but my mom said she didn't want anything on my face. She said I should just get a nipple piercing. I agreed, so she said she'd pay for it for my 16th birthday. Well, my 17th is coming up in four days and she decided that we'd best do it so she's not exactly a year late. :p

Yeah, nipple piercings on girls are hot, and yeah, they do hurt. Apparently it hurts a lot more for guys though, so much in fact that some have passed out. Good thing I have a high pain threshold.

How are nipple piercings on girls hot! Picturing it reminds me of that ring hanging off a bull's nose. Dunno why though.

Maybe you can take a few swigs of alcohol to calm your nerves?

Hey, at least I'm not actually getting a ring that goes from nostril to nostril!

Anyways, it's been done. I decided to get it on the left side with a hoop. Heh, almost passed out when he was doing the marking. That was anticipation + me not having anything to eat today or anticipation + me being a pussy. Got a glass of water, sat down, felt better, he marked it. Then I layed down and it went through, hurt quite a bit. But it looks good. Can't move.

Well, it's not injured, disfigured, or irreparably damaged... just has a bit of metal in it. I could've sliced off both of them and stuck them on my eyelids. Now THAT would've been mutilation. I could think of another two hundred ways to mutilate your body on top of your one hundred (which must be pretty tame).

personally I enjoy being able to walk through a metal detector without getting crazy looks from people

Okay, I won't.

To be perfectly honest, I've always wanted elongated nipples. I really can't wait until they hang down to my knees like taffy, but I guess I'll have to if I want it to look natural. I wish my grandpa had big stretchy nipples, it would be so cool.

Nipples hanging down to the knees? You do know that those rings aren't very heavy, right? Unless he plans on hanging bowling balls from them I doubt he has anything to worry about.
