I'm a major glutton for punishment. I ate a double BK Stacker last night and a new Arbies Roast Beef sandwich this afternoon.
Now I'm having a full-fledge gallbladder attack. The last one lasted over 4 hours.
I have sweat beading on my upper lip because the pain is making me hot.

I will never eat another of those sandwiches ever again.
I'm against having my gallbladder removed. I'd rather grow a brain and start avoiding triggers.

I've already taken a hot bath. I've tried sleeping, but that's just not happening right now unless I drug myself. I've tried stretching and massaging the area. They were each great for a couple minutes, but nothing's lasting.
I've also taken a combo of 1 tylenol, 1 ibuprofen

Tell me how you guys deal with pain (other than the obvious of avoiding it to begin with lol).
