Photography Tasks

I remember we used to have photography tasks..in like 2007. They lasted for a month or so, I think they died down because the member (thegnome54) who was setting up these tasks left or something along those lines.

I know a ton of you DVers are into photography, want to be, are interested, etc. I thought it'd be cool to revive them.

The way I see it..

- We should do one every two weeks or so. One week is too short a time, a month is too long.
- Either vote on subjects, or everyone suggests a subject and one is randomly chosen. Voting every two weeks or whatever might get too messy..
- Have a couple of people in charge, no biggy, only making the threads and introducing the subject. Just in the case of the absence of someone, there should be a back up person.

Any ideas or suggestions, please post.

I don't want this to be a competition! More so a place where aspiring photographers and photographers can have a fun little task to do. Or just people who like to take pics..may be interested..whatever.

So if you're interested start posting! Tell me what you guys think.

I'm not sure I have any talent for photography (I haven't tried much), but this sounds like fun!

All right guys, I'm not all that creative with topics, so it'd be much appreciated if you either PMed me or posted some ideas in this thread.

I want the topics to be loose and open to interpretation, don't really want to restrict creativeness. At the same time they can't be too broad (e.g. nature). Think we'll go with randomly choosing.
