music theory... help... please.
So, I'm writing this song for piano, using the C Enigmatic scale, C Db E F# G# A# B. So, I'm doing my sheets, and my question is...
I know I can't just flat the D and sharp the F, G and A in the key signature, easy and sensible as that would be. (Or can I?) So, do I have to just call it the key of A and then whenever an A appears, sharp it, whenever a C# appears, natural it, and whenever a D appears, flat it? This makes no sense. Why should I bother with a key signature that doesn't reflect the notes I'm using? Help.
