I use Sonar for all of my sequencing. The piano is the new Garritan Authorized Steinway library. The score was prepared in Sibelius.
These are all fairly expensive products, but they're more than I would really need for something this small. If you're looking for a good sequencer, there is also a Sonar Home Studio which is a smaller version at a very cheap price.
I've been writing music for about 30 years, and have many compositions, including a large number for full orchestra and other ensembles. Recently I completed an orchestral suite that I posted in this thread: Music: The Cornell Boxes (complete).
