I had this urge to go digging into old stuff last night. You ever get that urge? Like wondering what kind of old forgotten treasures you'll find hidden up in the attic, tucked away somewhere in the basement, etc?
Well, I didn't have to go digging that far, but I have this 'stash' where I keep old drawings, pictures, letters, etc. from a mix of time periods in my life (which now seem like some other life entirely!).
Aaaaanyway - I came across this comic I made. I used to draw comics back in school (mostly 4th - 7th grade). This, however, is the only full cover spread I've completed (that I recall). There's no cover or date for it, but I'm guessing it's gotta be from roughly 18 years ago. My god, some of you were probably just a thought in your parent's heads back then!
It was based, from what I can remember, on the decision I faced in choosing what path to take as a career. I meant to follow up with another issue, but somehow I feel it should just stay on it's own. I made it strictly for personal gratification - didn't intend on sharing it. But, I found myself asking' "why not?". So, enjoy!
Alex
