Thread: Draw Your Dreams

Great thread!
I've been looking for a reason to start illustrating some of my dream journal entries. Maybe this will help motivate me.

lol. And I love the cyclops gorilla, Ophie.

I was in a room with this guy, and a bunch of zombies attacked him.
I was then transported to my room and his head was on the floor.
He was still alive and he wanted me to kill him

The rest of it was a pretty crazy dream, and it stands out in my mind. So id thought id share it

Neato thread. I need to get some drawings together.

whoa... can you imagine celoude's disembodied head on the gorilla's body?...that'd be so HOT!

awesome thread --LMAO off at the prostrated ophelia...(if i only had a dime for every time i fantasized about her in that position )

and seeing as artistic merit isn't required, i will unveil my first ever paint creation exclusively for you all.

last night i dreamt that i was looking at half a piece of popped popcorn on the ground when i noticed a tiny white dog next to it even smaller. whereupon my mom fed it three pounds of grated cheese and it grew to the scale you see below, became feisty, jumped up and latched onto my head skin (i have a shaved head), and held on as i danced around in psudeo-pain for awhile..then i started to realize it was just a dream and woke up laughing BEHOLD!

i am especially proud of how the dog and i appear to be moving haha

Hope you can read the writing there, me and a friend found this secret forest, then found a restaurant in it. It was pretty cool, this old asian guy saw us and tried to chase us out, so we ran like crazy out of there.

That is pretty funny.

I wish I was an artist. In the dream I had last night I was on the side of a road that was a lookout point (the brown) and it was a very high cliff leading down towards a river. There were hills on either side, green from the trees but also snowcapped. I wish it would have lasted longer.



Oh... and Tornado Joe made a brief appearance. And I was talking about lucidity

I am such an artist.

I was flying over a rainforest. And the sun was settting and got all like a prisma rainbow like.

My first lucid dream! In which i decided i wanted to jet ski in a santa claus outfit

This is from last night's dream.. I never had dreams with odd skies untill there was a discussion about it somewhere on the forum! So thanks

Anyway, I was on the Discworld. And got the geography rather fundamentally wrong, as you can see...

All the other dream sketches I've done have been Photoshop, but for this and for most of my digital art I use Painter Classic.

Well... that's totally possible with a wacom tablet... doing that with a mouse in photoshop would be hella hard though

I really think you should draw larger and more detailed fantasty pics like this, you are a very good artist . Like have a dream section in your art website (I'm about to check it out right now)
