I do have a modern computer! A very good computer. I've got an even better one on the way. >:3

And getting a new version of Photoshop won't do much. The real problem here is that I dunno anything about using Photoshop or how to paint on the computer. Gotta get on that ASAP. When it comes to new art programs, I've been considering Sai. A lot of my favourite artists give it endless praise.
