Commissioning An Album Cover

A friend of mine is putting out an album, and he needs some cover art. If anyone would be willing to photoshop or draw an evil looking president, I'd be much obliged. Please feel free to put your artist pseudo-name in the corner. Advertise however you want.
The album name is supposed to be "President Evil", and the artist's name is S-Harp. All we really need is an evil president, but incorporating either of those two names would be fine as well. Whatever behooves you as an artist.

I'd prefer something that wouldn't get us in trouble, I think. I don't want to just google "Abe Lincoln" and draw devil horns and dark eyes.
Mostly because that would suck, but also because it's probably copyrighted.

Not now...but later at night when most of the kids are asleep. And nN, I would try to draw you something, but my scanner is broken.
