The rules and guidelines are as follows:

1. Try to be as specific as possible with your request.
2. There will be a waiting list posted regularly, do not rush it.
3. Special Requests for DV will be moved to the top of the list.
4. A list of Shop Staff will be posted, any of the staff may do the designs, also you can request a specific designer.
5. This isn't a thread to criticize others designs, if that's what you want to do then DON'T. period!
6. Allow time for your piece to be done, but if it seems the designer isn't working on it you can post for a re-submission by bumping with a quote of your original request.
7. Designers! This is a free service to the DV community! you can ask them to provide credit if asked where the avatar/sig was created but nothing more!
8. The waiting list will be done in a group of 3. If the group is not filled up then feel free to request, if it is, then simply wait for a spot to open before submitting a request, don't fill the thread with requests, we're not going to rummage through the thread looking for requests we've done and have yet to do!
