Hey guys, i have a picture that one of my class mates drew and for the life of us we cant make it into a computer animated picture. All i want is to do is take the picture, and make it so it looks like it can go into a video game. I dont really want it 3d, but shadowing would be nice. Can anyone help?

You dont have to have the "Comet" letters at the top, but it would be a cool plus.

Well you could get some software enabling you to edit the picture so that you have each individual 'part' of it that you need. (For a game or whatever)
Err, you don't mean computer animated here. Computer animated means, well, animated (by a computer). I assume you just mean a cleaner look with bright colors and enhanced lighting (realism, but not too real, video game real), and maybe more professional looking with details and all. That can generally be done using something like photoshop.
Yeah thats what i was meaning, but was at loss for words as to how to say it lol.
All i have is paint, so thats why i asked someone else to do it for me.
Gimp is free. You might have better luck with that.
