      some guidance please!

      Hello everybody,

My name is Esmeralda, I'm a medical student , born and raised in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
My ancestors are partially from Turkey.
I began lucid dreaming when I was a child, but I never realised it until I discovered what it was. I started training myself a couple of years ago and one year ago I registered at dreamviews.com
My mother always told me about her weird dreams, being out of her body and walking in the house like a ghost. Now I know she does Astral Projection, ofcourse she doesn't call them that. My sister who is now 11 also dreams lucid. It kind of runs in the family
I have trouble training myself. I can't give myself proper goals. Whenever I want to do a WILD, I end up with an Astral Projection ( I don't like that one bit at this moment, too scary) when I try to sleep normally I end up with a lucid dream.
One time I had a very strange shared dream with someone I don't even know. We accidentaly told each other the same dream and it turned out he was the one whom I shared a dream with! If I want to I could easily have a lucid dream everyday, but I would like to be trained by someone who has experience in OBE's and Astral Projection. The main reason is my mom being able to do it interests me more than lucid dreaming. I want to overcome my fears

I hope someone wants to adopt me!

You are very unique. Fear is normal reaction but there's nothing to be afraid of. Just try to detach yoself by observing you fear. Easy to say but hard to achieve.
