this is my first post my name is ruben031280 i am 30 years old i have been lucid dreaming since i was 12. you can master the dream world, what i mean by master is having complete control from when you are lucid to what i call exit points or shock points. i can control when i am lucid, the duration (without being woken) complete control of my surroundings interactions and re-entering old (lucid play grounds). i have studied dreams and the human mind ever since i was a kid, the gate way i have created for myself not only allows me control of when i am lucid, it also allows me to travel and project myself...remember that we use a very small % of our brain, in lucid dreams or the in between which i call my gate way, we are our true forms spirit beings, which allows us to have full use of our brains potential in a world which seems to have no limits, but in fact does..... i have shared dreams twice before and have reached as in the movie inception, the second level of my subconscious.....i havent tried again since....i am looking forward to doing it again and seeing how deep into my own subconscious i can go.... i live on the east cost of the united states eastern time the way i induce lucid is difficult to explain if you email me i will explain in more detail, but i would say its a combination of the three mild dild and wild.....it just depends on certain things... i have had 1000+++ lucids i actually lost count..... i would love to teach i can teach monday thru friday at 10pm i have kept journals and starting to on this site.... english only

I'd like the students to keep a workbook of what they feel before and after meditation. It won't be long, it can probably be every Friday for 3 weeks. First day can be intro, second:benefits, third:types fourth:how to do meditation, i may switch those around depending on how well the sequence would go.

Days Available to teach classes: Monday-Friday. Number of lucids if known: Well I started last July and before the year was over I was at 83 lucid dreams. And from January 1st up until now I have had 31 lucid dreams. So I have had 114 lucid dreams sense joining the site. Preferred induction technique: MILD and DEILD. Do you keep a dream journal: Yes, but I need to update my online one. Which will be as easy as copy and paste. Length of Lucid Dreaming Experience: I remember lucid dreams from when I was about 4 years old, so that gives me about 10 years of experience.
