[Raz]

This is a fun game I use as a meditation exercise or just plain fun. (or a combination depending on my mood) Talking to my self! To do this properly you need to drop what you think of your self and lett go of identification of your thoughts. The voice in your head can be clear if you are "just right here in the conversation". Let go of judgment and just do it fast and slow. have some music playing, it helps. I will start with one for some inspiration. Once you get in to a flow you can get some pretty cool stuff out of that amazing mind of yours. How short or long you make it is up to your creativety, passion and inspiration. No limit mind, no limit find. Condition mind, condition find. E N JOY! -Agree or dissagree? -I agree! -I dissagree! -Um.... Whos right? -There are more of us in the dissagree apartment! It's odd how most of these inner conversations involve two entities, one being rational and perhaps witty, and the other being confrontational and base. Are you calling me base? See? See what? Never mind. It's also odd that I don't feel like I'm you. I feel like I am me, and you are some external force, somewhat independent of me and unpredictable. Perhaps when my brain is asked to generate two separate entities, the easiest solution is to simply keep its normal self as one entity, and then generate an 'opposite'. This results in a fake entity which merely contradicts and annoys the first, the first being the normal me. My brain never really seems to be able to generate two entities which contain the same amount of... me-ness, I guess. Except for that englishman. Oh yes, you're right... but he's not really a full-fledged entity. More of a - RIGHTO, CHAPS! That's quite enough of that now! Back to work, and don't dilly-dally, eh?

You have so meny comands in your mind that the simple natural sole truth is hard to find. Complex sequence... Reality is complex... Do not even try to think that you understand i... But the sequence of life is designed to be simple expresion, not depresion. -Yo material idea boy and girl! The you that can receve impresion without judging good or bad. Just receving it like you receve everything. Without fear, without doubt, without fear. What is left when you take away fear all the way? Can you step out of fear and be? Music is the key 2 the layers of deeper me. Access to all of you vibrating life points... Points of life... Layers of self going down to the uncounsious trance self in a aware state... All you need is atention, letting go of atention, pick it up again. that gives you the impresion of free will function and a sense of everything being more then will impuls... it´s all turning awake and going a sleep over and over again, inner self in the game. Outside idea. inside idea. all just a idea. cuddle your self in to now and be in the music of now perfectly. To be and fully experiance now is no smal feat as your thoughts erupt, elude, confuse, difuse you. When you find the source of mind in your self -Who is talking who is listening who is in betwen the talking and the listening.... The total being of what is... You... The realization that you are and that there is nothing/space that devides what is and you feel the invisable strings that conects your individual center in too layers of self. When your source of goodness is from within it empowers your natural state of being and joy is easy to have enter the experiance. You feel part of the universal underlayer/overlayer hive mind. You are in *this* center of time. No you or -What is this being of what is? And what is not this being of what is? -The being of what is, is the totality of experiance field that you are now. The total real view this without deviding and judging it. You are not the cause of the situation nor in a position where you can judge anything. This is grounding your point of view in existence and one step closer to the real you. Who is the real you? -What is the real me? Who am I? A question that is silently asked by you in the back of your head as you have a look all around in the outside world. What hapens if I have a look inside? The interesting thing here is that the idea of a outside world is imaginary at most. With your death comes the death of your universe. In your curent perspective it is hard to notise how vast a galexy your own persenal atom united body is. In a zoomed out point of view every thing looks so diferent. In a zoomed in far enough you can C that everything is made of the same source NRG. Nothing conected to something creating space and matter. -Thats good and all... But why am I talking about this? -What do you want to talk about? -Letts start by deviding my self in 2 action and reaction... Action first then reaction... -But action and reaction is based on point of view... Who the hell are you? if there is no you there is no point of view... -How the hell do I have a conversation with my self if I´m grounded in a point of view where there is no self identity? -I think you are maneging just fine. Just lett the music play and lett what ever sequense that emerges come and be typed... -So what determins what emerges? What is my state of being? Where am I? Confused? Clear? here? where is here? what is here? question? Who asks the question who is the expert that gives the awnser? is there questions and awnsers or are they mearly forms of expresion? I ask you... You awnser me... You ask me... I awnser you... Was there any information to be gained? How about feeling? All you realie need to do is *be* wherever you are and you will enter your natural flow. Sometimes bad things hapen... But they are only bad when seen outside of the total point of view. In the total point of view there is only love... There is only will... There is only I can... There is only expansion... There is only unfolding... There is only birth... There is only expresion... Even impresion is a expresion but on another level of your mind. Your mind is in your curent "awake" state systemicly devided in to a interlinked whole... There is so much pain and frear in the earth 2 day that you are much better off taking a vacation from the whole in 2 this individual point of view...
